9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Because shipping containers are large, heavy, and often customized, many purchases are considered final after delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed upon by Container Bliss.

10. Custom and Modified Containers

Custom-built or modified containers—including offices, insulated units, roll-up door conversions, painted containers, electrical installations, plumbing, or other customer-requested modifications—are manufactured to customer specifications and are generally non-returnable except where required by law or if they do not materially conform to the agreed specifications.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure the delivery location is accessible and safe.
  • Obtain any required permits or approvals.
  • Comply with all local zoning, building, and land-use regulations related to container placement and use.

Container Bliss is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from a customer’s failure to meet these responsibilities.
